SMS Manager legal notices
Effective September 20, 2026. This document contains general product limitations, supplemental-feature terms, required attributions, and third-party license notices. It is not a technical specification or feature description.
1. Important limitations
SMS Manager is intended to assist with organizing and presenting information contained in messages. Automated labels, categories, extracted values, trust indicators, alerts, summaries, search results, merchant names, and other generated or inferred results may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, duplicated, or incorrect.
Do not use an automated result as the sole basis for a financial, health, medical, legal, safety, security, contractual, or other important decision. You remain responsible for checking the original message and, where appropriate, confirming information with the relevant sender, institution, merchant, professional, or authority.
Indicators do not guarantee that a message, sender, link, payment request, or transaction is safe, genuine, fraudulent, or correctly classified. Nothing in SMS Manager constitutes professional advice, a warranty, or a substitute for independent judgment.
2. Supplemental features and availability
Smart Shield and related automated features are optional, supplemental product benefits. Some may be included with a paid subscription; others may be made available more broadly for a limited or indefinite period. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, Redwert may add, modify, limit, suspend, replace, or withdraw a supplemental feature, including a feature currently offered without additional charge.
Availability and performance may vary by app version, account status, region, device capability, operating-system restrictions, battery state, temperature, connectivity, server policy, and staged rollout. Processing may occur later and may stop when a feature is disabled, unavailable, or ineligible. No completion time, coverage level, or continued availability is guaranteed.
The core inbox and rule-based organization are designed to operate independently of optional automated features. Subscription and consumer rights continue to be governed by the applicable purchase terms and law.
3. Third-party materials
SMS Manager contains software, data files, fonts, models, icons, and other materials supplied under third-party or open-source terms. Those materials are provided under their respective licenses. Third-party authors do not sponsor, endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for SMS Manager merely because their materials are included.
The schedules below are supplied for attribution and license compliance. Component names appear only where reasonably necessary to identify a covered work or reproduce a notice. Inclusion in a schedule does not disclose how the product is designed, configured, or operated.
